The warranty does not cover:

  Surface splits, knots or grain variation

  Weathering or colour changes

  Normal wear and tear

  Incorrect installation

  Lack of maintenance
  
• 
  Damage caused by storms, flooding or misuse
  
• 
  Modifications made after installation
  

Timber is a Natural Product

As timber is a natural material, slight movement, shrinking, swelling and surface checking (small cracks) can occur. These are normal characteristics and are not considered defects.

Maintenance

To maintain your warranty, products should be installed correctly and maintained in accordance with our care recommendations.
