At dekn, we aim to provide the most efficient and cost-effective delivery solution for every order. As many of our products are large, heavy or made to order, delivery arrangements may vary depending on the items purchased.
Delivery Options
Delivery options are shown on each product page where available.
Depending on the product, you may be able to choose from:
- Standard delivery
- Collection from our factory
- Contact Factory for Delivery

Contact Factory for Delivery
Some products include a Contact Factory for Delivery option.
This allows us to discuss the most suitable delivery method for your order, particularly where standard delivery options may not be appropriate.
By contacting us directly, we can often provide a more economical delivery solution based on the products ordered, your location and any access requirements.
In some cases, a delivery price is not displayed because the final cost depends on the combination of products purchased. For example, several products may be delivered together on a single pallet, reducing the overall delivery cost compared with shipping each item separately.
Our aim is always to provide the most practical and cost-effective delivery option.
Delivery Times
Many of our products are manufactured to order.
Estimated lead times are shown where possible, but delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.
If your order is delayed for any reason, we will keep you informed.
Delivery Access
Please ensure that the delivery address is suitable for the vehicle required to deliver your order.
If there are any access restrictions, narrow roads or unloading requirements, please let us know before placing your order.
Additional charges may apply if delivery cannot be completed due to access restrictions that were not disclosed.
Collection
Where collection is available, we will contact you once your order is ready.
Collections are by appointment only.
Delivery Inspection
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If any items are damaged during transport or anything is missing, please notify us within 48 hours and provide photographs where possible.
